PRESS RELEASE
Provide client with Press Release Questionnaire and DialedPR will draft, edit and finalize press release to clearly communicate clients’ news announcements while effectively meeting their business objectives.
MEDIA LIST
DialedPR will research and build targeted media list including, relevant media outlets, specific reporters and current contact information.
Client and DialedPR to determine a maximum of four media verticals in advance.
Client to review media list prior to outreach and identify any existing media relationships.
PRESS RELEASE DISTRIBUTION
DialedPR will handle choosing an appropriate newswire and set the press release up (including photos, captions, social media tags, etc.) for distribution on the desired launch date.
Note: Newswire distribution cost is not included in package price.
PITCH
DialedPR will craft 2-3 tailored pitches for each media vertical. Clients can review and approve prior to outreach.
Once approved, each pitch will be customized for individual reporters based on relationships, the topics they cover and other considerations.
MEDIA OUTREACH
Conduct time intensive media outreach to pitch clients’ story.
This includes customizing each pitch and conducting follow up via phone and email to gain feedback and secure interviews.
EXECUTIVE INTERVIEW PREP
Prepare executives in advance of each media interview.
DialedPR will develop comprehensive briefing sheets that include background on the media outlet, the reporter and suggested talking points for each interview secured.
COVERAGE MONITORING + CORRECTIONS
DialedPR will monitor and flag secured media coverage in real-time.
If any inaccuracies are printed, DialedPR will work with the journalist(s) to handle any corrections.
REPORTING
DialedPR will provide a comprehensive Final Report for the announcement highlighting the results to easily showcase ROI to investors, board members, etc.
